We are delighted to announce that we have appointed Hattie Whiting as Chief Client Officer.

Hattie – who has 18 years of digital, direct and integrated agency experience – joins us from Digitas, where she was most recently managing partner for growth.

She was previously managing director of Kitcatt Nohr and was responsible for leading the agency’s merger with Chemistry into Digitas in 2017.

Her appointment now completes PHD UK’s senior leadership team, following the promotions of Matt Sanders to Chief Operating Officer and Euan Hudghton to Chief Brand & Experience Officer earlier this year.

In her new role, Hattie will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, as well as identifying new products and services to drive growth for clients beyond the paid media space.

She will work with the client leads across PHD’s entire client portfolio.

Hattie said “I believe media agencies are uniquely placed to combine data insight with new ideas and technology to challenge and evolve the way brands engage with people. I’ve always admired PHD’s innovative thinking and challenger spirit, and am hugely excited about the opportunity to partner with our clients to drive business growth.”

PHD UK CEO, Verica Djurdjevic added “Hattie has a wealth of experience in both the integrated communications and digital strategy arena, and is really well-placed to help both our clients and our people navigate the new opportunities right across the communications landscape. It’s really important that we look upwards and outwards as a business, and Hattie will be a key driver in helping us to achieve this.”
