The awards distinguish the best and most innovative advertising campaigns of the year

 

From 14–16 March, the Andalusian city will host speakers discussing the relationship between innovation and visual arts, music, literature, film, theatre and visual arts. In addition, prizes will be awarded to the most innovative communication campaigns of the year. Among the categories are: Branded Content Innovation Genius Award, Digital Innovation, Audiovisual Media Innovation, Print Media Innovation and Product Design.

In total, the Genio awards have garnered 1,685 entries in their eleven  year history.

In 2018, PHD Spain’s Oscar Dorda was joined on the awards jury by other communications professionals from a variety of companies including: Bankia; Danone Iberia; Shisheido; GroupM; Equmedia; Arnold Madrid; D6; T2O Media; Fjord and CMVocento

The Genio Awards are recognition for advertisers, advertising and media agencies and consultants who seek to solve problems in a creative way, identifying the needs of their clients, and designing innovative ideas to offer useful products and services, relevant to society.
