PHD has been appointed to handle the media planning and buying for brewer AB InBev across the Asia-Pacific South region, following a competitive pitch.

The account, which covers the key markets of Australia, India and Vietnam, was previously held by Mediacom. Commenting on the win, a company spokesperson from AB InBev said, “We are excited to be working with PHD in Asia-Pacific South, given their capabilities and passion for our business and our brands. PHD Australia chief executive Mark Coad said it was “incredible news” for the agency.
