PHD Malaysia emerged as the biggest winner at the Loyalty & Engagement Awards organised by MARKETING magazine, recently, bagging a Gold, Silver and a Bronze.
PHD Malaysia won a Gold and Bronze for Best Use of Brand Advocacy and Best Use of Direct Marketing for its work on Ikea’s BookBook campaign and a Silver in the category of Best Customer Experience for its work on HTC’s Hijack campaign. PHD Malaysia also emerged as a finalist in the category of Best Engagement Strategy for a Male Audience for Ikea’s BookBook campaign.
