PHD New York has picked up a Gold metal in the Interactive Out-of-Home category for the Androidify campaign for Google.

The campaign was placed on a massive billboard which took over the iconic intersection in Times Square. This is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world which sees almost 1.5 million people pass through it every day during the holiday season. By using the largest digital screen in North America, Google created the world’s largest multi-player game to promote the new interactive campaign Androidify.  Users had created and shared their own Android mascot for a chance to see it on the big screen.
