Batman Barges In and Getting Gogglebox animated about Sainsbury’s Christmas Food receive multiple nominations

 

PHD has been recognised for their vast range of creativity by picking up nominations in ten different categories: Automotive, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, The Data & Creativity Award, Content Strategy, Branded Content, Media Partnerships, Total Communications Campaign, Best International Strategy and Agency Team of the Year.

Agency Team of the Year is a battle of new and established players as Discovery @ PHD  and the7stars face off against Essence and Merkle Periscopix, as well as two newer kids on the block, Brainlabs and Bountiful Cow.

In the Best International Strategy category, PHD has secured 50% of all nominations with Bully Ads; DB Export Beer Bottle Sand and Making Sex Education a must-take subject.

Batman Barges In is nominated in three categories: Media & Entertainment, Content Strategy and Total Communications Campaign. Getting Gogglebox animated about Sainsbury’s Christmas Food is nominated for Branded Content and Media Partnerships.

PHD’s other nominations are: Driven by something different (Automotive), Burt’s Bees Social Buzz (Healthcare), Is it okay for guys…? (The Data  & Creativity Award) and Continuity Bat (Branded Content).

Campaign has revamped the awards to increase the focus on innovation, strategic thinking and creativity and introduced new categories, including content strategy, social strategy and CRM and media, to reflect the fast-changing landscape and the emergence of new players. There were more than 430 entries this year, breaking all previous records.

The judging is taking place during February and March, before the winners are announced on 12 April at a black-tie dinner at the Park Lane Hilton, London.
