PHD Hong Kong and Manulife’s ManulifeMOVE campaign has triumphed again at the Digital Media Awards and the Tambuli Awards.

PHD and Manulife were awarded:

  • Gold for best integrated campaign at the Campaign Digital Media Awards
  • Bronze for best integrated media at the Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards 2017

ManulifeMOVE is an innovative insurance programme that rewards consumers for moving. This programme extended Manulife‘s role from a protective to a preventative one, allowing it to assist in transforming Hong Kong into a healthier city.

To encourage consumers to move, PHD embarked on an integrated media “Gym-ification” strategy, converting each media touchpoint into a trigger to move – from gesture enabled mobile advertising and content driven walking guides on social media, to customised playlists on Spotify. In doing so, Hong Kongers were motivated to move and exercise, ultimately promoting a healthier lifestyle.

“ManulifeMOVE is a clear demonstration that purposeful communications – especially ones that are beneficial to society – also brings about business benefit.” – Ray Wong, CEO of PHD Hong Kong
