PHD has been recognised as an ABA100 Winner in The Australian Business Awards 2019 in not one, but two categories: HR Management (HRM) and Employer of Choice (EOC).<\/p>\n

Now in their fourteenth year, The Australian Business Awards are an annual all-encompassing awards program for organisations that demonstrate the core values of business innovation, product innovation, technological achievement and employee engagement via a set of comprehensive award categories.<\/p>\n

The EOC accolade recognises workplaces that maximise the full potential of their workforce through practices that demonstrate effective employee recruitment, engagement, and retention whilst the HR Management Award recognises organisations that have achieved outstanding results through initiatives that demonstrate excellence in human resource management.<\/p>\n

PHD Australia managing director, Mark Jarrett said: \u201cWe are incredibly proud to be twice recognised in The Australian Business Awards 2019.<\/p>\n

Organisational participation includes private companies, publicly listed companies, multi-national subsidiaries, non-government organisations, educational institutions, franchise systems, partnerships, government departments, government agencies, local government and statutory bodies operating in Australia.<\/p>\n
