The Australian Government\u2019s Women in STEM Ambassador has partnered with PHD Australia to bolster the perception of careers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).<\/p>\n
At present, only 16 per cent of Australia\u2019s STEM-skilled workforce are women. The media agency will partner with the Women in STEM Ambassador to develop and execute a national awareness-raising campaign encouraging primary-school girls and boys across Australia to engage in STEM careers. PHD will be responsible for all media planning and buying including content development and PR.<\/p>\n
Australia\u2019s Women in STEM Ambassador Program campaign manager Rachel Misitano said: \u201cWe are truly inspired by the ideas PHD has come up with to meet our strategic objectives, demonstrating a superior understanding of our target audience. We admire their innovative and unconventional approach and are extremely excited to see their ideas come to life.\u201d<\/p>\n
