How might organisations spot, nurture and cultivate creativity in the workplace?
PHD teamed up with The School of Life, a global organisation dedicated to developing emotional intelligence, at this year’s Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity to answer this question.
Mike Cooper, PHD’s worldwide CEO, opened the main-stage seminar with the question “is creativity having a midlife crisis?”. With the onslaught of data and technology, how can organisations ensure they are being as creative and innovative as possible?
Our short video, produced in collaboration with The School of Life, explores the creative characteristics organisation could look for in employees and recommends ways in which companies can ensure they are nurturing these talents and fostering a psychologically-safe workplace environment.
PHD, in conjunction with The School of Life, brought this year’s Cannes Lions delegates ‘Creativity on the Couch‘ with psychotherapist and author, Oliver James, before taking to the Innovation stage to explore how delegates can ‘overcome the bias and barriers blocking workplace creativity & innovation’ with additional panelists, Jo-ann Robertson, Ketchum UK’s CEO and comedian and host of ‘The Guilty Feminist’, Deborah Frances-White.
