Mark Bowling is a senior marketer and communication strategist with a passion for creative insights and helping brands face challenges, and who has conceived award-winning work for top international brands in the U.K., the U.S. and Asia.
While in London, following the completion of his post-graduate degree in advertising, Mark worked on strategy and planning at Ogilvy, Lintas and DDB for blue-chip clients including Ford, Amex, Guinness, Cisco and Nestle, and also earned a Cannes Media Lion for his work on Unilever.
Mark then became a regional research and strategy head at Publicis Groupe for four years, based in Singapore, before moving to New York City to serve as global strategy lead for Samsung for media and digital at Starcom/Digitas. He also worked as a strategic planning lead for Wendy’s, Kraft Foods, General Motors and Diageo. An APAC business leadership role at IPG back in Singapore followed, overseeing all global clients including Johnson&Johnson, Microsoft and Sony.
In early 2016, Mark moved to Shanghai to lead all client strategy and the planning product for PHD China.
