Det er derfor ogs\u00e5 en central del af vores planning-arbejde, og alle st\u00f8rre medier som Facebook og Google arbejder da ogs\u00e5 systematisk med at kunne opfange den adf\u00e6rd som signaler<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">er,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0at\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">deres brugere<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0gennemg\u00e5r en livsbegivenhed. Det kan v\u00e6re segmenter\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">af brugere\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(&#8216;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">life<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0event\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">audiences<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8216;),\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">som<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">eksempelvis<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0skal giftes,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">har f\u00f8dt, skal\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">flytte bolig eller skifte arbejdsplads<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Nedlukningen og<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">isolering<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0er sket kollektivt for\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">os\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">alle, men det er jo selvf\u00f8lgelig ikke ensbetydende med, at vi alle kollektivt har de samme \u00e6ndringer i vores forbrugeradf\u00e6rd. Men omfanget af de \u00e6ndringer vi ser i forbrugeradf\u00e6rden lige nu, har en helt anden st\u00f8rrelsesorden, end den vi normalt ser indenfor en tilsvarende tidsperiode. At kalde det en\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hamstring<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0er\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">m\u00e5ske\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en retorisk stramning, da der\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mest af alt<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">var<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0tale om en\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hurtigt\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00f8get eftersp\u00f8rgsel efter basisvare<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0med et lavt varelager i forsyningsk\u00e6den. Men det illustrerer ganske godt effekten af en kollektiv livsbegivenhed.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\" data-wac-het=\"1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">P\u00e5\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nogenlunde samme<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0vis har\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">eksempelvis<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0indk\u00f8b af dagligvarer<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0og forbrug af underholdning<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0underg\u00e5et store forandringer indenfor ganske f\u00e5 uger. En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bt.dk\/film-tv-og-streaming\/danskerne-keder-sig-tjenester-har-kronede-dage\">analyse<\/a> fra\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">YouGov<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0viser\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">eksempelvis<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, at antallet af kunder p\u00e5\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tv\u00e6rs af alle st\u00f8rre s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">treamingtjenester er vokset massivt. Inden for den seneste m\u00e5ned har hele 15% af de adspurgte k\u00f8bt abonnement til\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Netlix<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, og foruden disse er der 28%, som allerede var abonnenter<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hos Netflix<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. S\u00e5ledes er Netflix vokset med mere end 50%, og markedet for streamingtjenester vil utvivlsom<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0v\u00e6re et andet p\u00e5 den anden side af krisen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\" data-wac-het=\"1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Kina er som bekendt det f\u00f8rste marked, som oplevede konsekvenserne af COVID-19, og det er ogs\u00e5 det f\u00f8rste marked, som begynder at kunne kigge frem i tiden efter pandemien. Kina kan p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de v\u00e6re den f\u00f8rste indikation p\u00e5 effekten af COVID-19 som en livsbegivenhed, hvor vi n\u00e6rmest kollektivt er ekstraordin\u00e6rt \u00e5bne i vores forbrugeradf\u00e6rd.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\" data-wac-het=\"1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">McKinsey<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0har l\u00f8bende fulgt udviklingen i Kina<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0og deres seneste analyse viser, at omkring 33% af de kinesiske forbrugere har skiftet m\u00e6rker, og at 20 procent af denne gruppe agter at holde sig til de nye m\u00e6rker, som de har pr\u00f8vet. S\u00e5 mens mediaforbruget<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0og dermed udbuddet af reklameplads er \u00f8get, og kontaktpriserne p\u00e5 annoncering er faldet p\u00e5 grund af faldende eftersp\u00f8rgsel p\u00e5 reklameplads under krisen, s\u00e5 ser P&amp;G det som en mulighed for at m\u00f8de en \u00f8get eftersp\u00f8rgsel i flere af deres produktkategorier<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0og bringe sig styrket ud p\u00e5 den anden side af krisen.
