1999 Kshitij started his career in the digital & mobile domain when he set-up and subsequently sold off his dotcom venture to Hungama.com. While at Hungama, he worked across the content and alliances function on brands like Coca-Cola, Warner Bros, Bacardi, LG, 20th Century Fox, SBI, NIIT.
2004 He moved to Mauj.com, to manage alliances with leading mobile operators like Tata Docomo, Idea Cellular, Reliance Infocomm, MTNL & BSNL. Added mobile branded solutions to his responsibilities and launched some of the first few mobile marketing campaigns for brands like Kinetic Engineering, McDonald’s, & Tata Motors.
2006 Went on to head mobile for BIG 92.7 FM – India’s largest radio station network that was owned and operated by the Reliance ADA Group. Created and launched numerous customized product platforms and applications for the 45 odd radio stations that BIG FM had across the country as an interactive medium for listeners to connect, react and interact with the on-air content, and use this to create a steady revenue stream across mobile VAS platforms.
2008 He worked with Mobile2Win – A leading mobile marketing company, for a brief period as the Associate Director, Retail & Brands and leveraged the company’s product portfolio across mobile applications, adver-games, and text based solutions to agencies and clients.
2009 Joined Direxions Marketing Solutions, a leading Direct Marketing, Loyalty Program, Data Analytics and CRM. As the Head of Interactive, Kshitij played a key role in leading the mandate and digitizing and mobile enabling channel, influencer and end consumer loyalty & CRM programs that were run in the traditional format for clients like ICICI Bank Home Loans, Novartis, Levi’s, Samsung, Indian Oil, Tata DoCoMo, Legrand, Castrol, Colgate, Pfizer, Ambuja Cements, Cadbury’s, & Condenast India.
2014 Joined PHD Media to lead the mobile mandate on Hindustan Unilever Limited and he alongwith his team of mobile experts continues to do cutting edge work and lead the awards & recognition tally across forums both in the region and globally.
2016 Team PHD did an encore at the Cannes by winning a Bronze Media Lion for the mobile campaign -Lo Kar Lo Baat.
