2005 Poulamee started working in media at Mindshare Fulcrum as Management Trainee working on flagship brand of Unilever, Fair & Lovely.
2006 Very next year she got recognized as a performer and was honored with Young Turks Program in Group M – a program specially designed for upcoming talent.
2007 Honored as top performer again. This time awarded by Client, Unilever with “Media Entrepreneurship Award”.
2009 and two years later was made the lead on Oral and Deodorant Category for Unilever.
2011 She became the account head for Skin Category with flagship brands like Fair & Lovely, Ponds, Lakme, and Vaseline in the portfolio.
2012 She was moved to Business Analytics, a newly formed vertical of Mindshare Fulcrum which would handle projects on analytics across brands for the client.
2014 After an enriching experience of 10years in Mindshare, she joined OMD as lead for Skin and OTC categories for Johnson and Johnson account.
2016 She became Head- New Business Development for the network, Omnicom Media Group.
