Media Director – Audi

Reporting directly to our Business Director, you will be responsible for running our most significant award-winning campaigns for one of our most prestigious client brands – Audi. You will lead a team to define strategy, plan media and execute high performing campaigns across the full spectrum of products. You will ensure outstanding delivery to our clients, build our profile in the market and create new opportunities to increase revenue for both our client and the agency.

The opportunity

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced media practitioner, who is looking to move into a high-performing team, working across Audi, one of the UKs biggest and most innovative automotive clients to help you achieve your ambition. You will be able to use your marketplace and media knowledge to execute innovative solutions across campaigns whilst also acting in a senior client-facing role.

You will get the chance to spot growth opportunities for additional PHD services outside of planning including content, partnerships and data to help drive revenue for the agency. You will also have a chance to upskill your own expertise via multiple training opportunities like our newly launched Digital Academy training platform.

The Ideal Candidate

You will already have strong communications skills (both verbal and written), are comfortable responding to briefs and can establish and maintain relationships with senior clients, colleagues and agency partners alike. You will have a desire to understand and embed yourself into a client’s business to deliver their KPIs, with a passion for data you will be able to identify consumer and market dynamics, highlighting this to clients to drive the business.

Knowledge and experience required

  • Ability to write and support strategic recommendations that are underpinned by insight
  • Ability to build a strong professional relationships with colleagues, cross-agency team and clients
  • Recognising the importance of being authentic at work, taking responsibility for actions of yourself and the team
  • Anticipate the needs of the team and make arrangements accordingly
  • Be proactive on accounts to ensure we are challenging clients and are ahead of the game in social.
  • Deliver work that others can’t (or won’t) by not stopping at the first “It can’t be done”
