PHD announces the appointment of Jeremy Pounder to lead Discovery, PHD UK’s tech, insight and marketing science team.
Pounder, who has over 20 years of media agency experience, joins from Mindshare where he was most recently Director of Futures. He has also previously worked at Starcom MediaVest and MEC.
Reporting to PHD UK’s chief strategy office Mike Florence, Pounder will be responsible for setting the direction and shape the future of PHD’s planning, overseeing marketing science, audience insights, data, tech and ad ops.

In parallel with Pounder’s appointment, PHD has also promoted its head of Ad Ops, Meena Patel to Head of Data and Tech Strategy. She will report directly to Pounder.
