Today, we are delighted to welcome our latest senior appointment, Eva Grimmett, as chief strategy officer.<\/p>\n

Eva will be responsible for PHD UK\u2019s strategic output, with a specific focus on innovative business planning to deliver transformative ideas and solutions that will drive client growth.<\/p>\n

PHD UK CEO Ali Reed said:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Eva to the PHD family. With her passion for innovation and creativity, I know she will help PHD continue to deliver award-winning work which has data-driven insight and technology at its heart.<\/p>\n

I look forward to having another challenger in our leadership team and to the formidable partnership that Eva will form with our chief planning officer Bex Burchnall to push the boundaries for what\u2019s possible in media and beyond, across our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n

Eva said:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cI can\u2019t think of a better opportunity than to lead strategy at the media agency that\u2019s widely regarded as the home of media strategy. My passion has always been strategy that is driven by transformational insights so it\u2019s a joy to be joining an agency that\u2019s always centred its approach around what people think, feel and do. I\u2019m really looking forward to getting started and working with the team.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her 20-year career to date, Eva has held digital, planning and strategy roles at a number of media agencies, with her most recent role being group chief strategy officer at Havas Media, where she built the insight, strategy and media futures functions and worked on pitch wins including Starbucks, Open University, and the BBC.<\/p>\n
