The Lisbon Effectiveness International Advertising Festival has announced its jury panel responsible for evaluating award submissions. Mark Bowling, Chief Strategy Officer, PHD China, joins a panel of founders, leaders and experts from across the marketing and advertising industries. The jury will be presided by Fernando Machado, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Burger King.

The Lisbon International Effectiveness Advertising Festival is part of the Lisbon Awards Group, one of the main international groups of advertising festivals in the world. The global advertising festival is dedicated exclusively to the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and is a spin-off of the Lisbon International Advertising Festival.

The jury panel will assess the best works of each category, creating a shortlist of the top submissions before winners are selected for each category’s bronze, silver, gold and Grand Prix awards. Winners will be announced in February 2019.
