PHD China’s ’24-Hour Doctor’ campaign for Lifebuoy has been sweeping the awards circuit, most recently picking up another two awards at the 2018 MMA Smarties APAC.
The team were awarded a Silver in Brand Awareness and a Silver in Mobile Social. The campaign has now claimed 14 total awards, including Best in Show at the MMA Smarties Global, the Grand Prix at The Internationalist Awards for Innovative Digital Solutions and Best Execution of a Global Brand at the M&M Global Awards.
For ’24-Hour Doctor’, PHD China and Lifebuoy developed a 24/7 online portal with free access to live and credible medical professionals to help mothers understand childhood illnesses. China’s healthcare system provides only five doctors for every 10,000 children, due to the sheer volume of the population.
The ’24-Hour Doctor’ concept encompassed everything Lifebuoy’s target audience of young mothers needs in urgent situations: instant, uncomplicated and convenient access to trustworthy medical professionals who can offer support by giving an initial diagnosis to a child’s ailment.
