Agency named as the Best Network in Europe and picks up a bronze award in the Best Network: Middle East & Africa category
PHD has been recognised as the Best Network in Europe at the Campaign Global Agency of the Year Awards. The team also picked up a bronze award as the Best Network in the Middle East and Africa –the best-performing media agency in the category.
These results extend the agency’s reputation as being best-in-class across EMEA and maintain its fantastic performance in the competition.
Since the awards show launched in 2018, PHD has been the only EMEA network to score shortlists every year, winning network of the year crowns in 2018 and 2020.
Campaign’s Global Agency of the Year Awards is like no other competition. It recognises talent, creativity, and effectiveness, but also considers a range of additional measures, such as new business performance, thought-leadership, innovation, culture, and values.
What makes this year’s results even more impressive is that the competition has become even harder to win, with entry extended to both media and creative networks, and the EMEA category split into two regions.
On the wins, Ian Clarke, PHD EMEA President said: “We’re delighted with these wins, which would not have been possible without the brilliant support of our clients and partners. In particular, I’d like to thank our amazing PHD Teams across EMEA. Their ambition, creativity, and dedication are helping our clients make great leaps forward.”
Philippa Brown, PHD Worldwide CEO, added: “What makes the Campaign Global Agency of the Year Awards particularly valuable is that they are voted for by brand marketers. To be singled out as being best-in-class in EMEA is a great honour and one which tells us that brands in this region are increasingly seeing the value in our creative media strategies, which are helping our clients move beyond incremental campaign improvements and leap ahead of their competitors. We’re thrilled.”
