PHD Hong Kong has announced the appointment of Karen Thong as head of digital. Karen’s key focus is to direct the strategic integration of digital into PHD’s core media planning while ensuring the growth of digital expertise and innovation within PHD Hong Kong.
With 18 year’s experience as a specialist in media and digital marketing, Karen’s diversified portfolio spans across industries ranging from telecommunication to FMCG, automotive, travel & airlines, retail and financial & banking. Karen’s experience on the brand side has helped her learn more about marketing specializing in e-commerce marketing and digital banking. Not a stranger to the network, Karen has worked with OMD Malaysia earlier in her career. Karen joins PHD Hong Kong from CIMB Malaysia, where she was the director, internet strategies.
