PHD Hong Kong has appointed Nadeem Amin as the new account lead for recently-acquired client HSBC.
Amin will be the new managing partner for PHD’s dedicated HSBC ASP unit, based in Hong Kong. He will manage the banking and financial services provider’s media duties, as well as adopt marketing technologies across the Asia-Pacific region.
He will report to Clement Chung, MD of PHD Hong Kong, and Deric Wong, CEO of Omnicom Media Group Hong Kong.
Amin previously worked for Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition Hong Kong, where he was head of digital for the Greater China region.
Amin’s experience includes roles at Kellogg’s Australia, where he served as regional digital marketing manager and senior marketing technologist, as well as Sphinx Software in the US, where he was director of multimedia. He also took a recent interest in artificial intelligence, completing an executive programme from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
