PHD takes no.1 spot on China’s Media Agencies New Business League report for February 2017 by independent marketing research consultancy R3.
PHD’s new business success highlights the stellar win for Huawei China’s media business, climbing four ranks since the January 2017 league table.
Huawei is one of the world’s leading information and telecommunications technology companies, headquartered in Shenzhen with an ever-expanding global presence and one of China’s most dynamic businesses. This achievement is the latest in a string of business wins for PHD in China since 2016, which saw the agency rank ‘Highest Growth Agency in China’ and ‘2nd in Vitality and Momentum’ in industry evaluator RECMA’s 2016 report. The network also had an exceptionally strong new business performance, placing first in RECMA’s 2016 global ranking as well as holding the number one position for six months in a row on the R3 leagues table.
The R3 New Business League has been compiled since 2002 using data supplied by multinational agencies on a monthly basis to global consultancy R3. The league tables are published every month and track the performance of agencies based on their overall new business revenue.
Anna Chitty, CEO of PHD China said, “it’s fantastic for PHD China to be ranked first on R3’s New Business League tables, revealing an exciting period of growth for the agency. Our passion to collaborate and build strong strategic partnerships with clients is core to our business, and we are delighted to have the talented PHD team recognized for their achievements.”
