PHD Russia’s work for the ŠKODA Kodiaq earned the EMEA office a Bronze award and a shortlist at the recent Red Apple: Festival of Media. Red Apple is one of the most prestigious festivals in the Russian advertising industry, celebrating inspirational ideas, leading players and agencies, and major advertisers.
PHD Russia’s ‘ŠKODA Kodiaq: Smart Approach to Success’ campaign received a Bronze award in the Excellence in Media: Excellence in Media Planning category and an additional shortlist in the Media Projects: Best Use of Mixed Media category.
The team working with ŠKODA had the challenge of making the automotive brand – which wasn’t perceived as an SUV producer in the region – stand out in the most cluttered automotive segment in the Russian market. They needed to rapidly build awareness and increase sales by the end of 2018. By implementing a complex strategy with the help of SOURCE – PHD’s unique strategic, planning and gamified collaboration platform which delivers customised solutions for our clients – PHD Russia and ŠKODA saw increases in awareness, model consideration, model familiarity, market share and sales.
