PHD Russia and their work with VW Group delivered two Bronze awards at the Effie Awards Russia, which recognise all forms of marketing that contribute to a brand’s success.

The Audi Q3 campaign, in collaboration with one of the biggest online retail platforms – Lamoda.ru – worked hard to win over a younger audience. Clever communication centred on the question ‘Really?’; inspiring the audience to ‘Try on the new Audi Q3 at Lamoda.ru’. The campaign resulted in not only reaching the target audience, but also converted into orders – a great example of data driven creativity winning the Bronze in the Media/Native Advertising category.

In the Focus/Branded service category, ŠKODA + Alice = stress-free family was a winner. With Muscovites spending on average more than 30 hours per month in traffic jams, ŠKODA turned traffic jams into a quality family pastime by teaching the most popular voice assistant in Russia, Alice, her own skill. The ŠKODA Family Skill is available to all car owners and entertains on the road with interactive fairy tales and quizzes, and even ideal family holiday locations. This innovative usage of new tech in auto advertising achieved the second Bronze of the night for PHD Russia.

The Effies have been held since 1968 in 55 countries, 5 continents and globally.
