Philippa took the helm at PHD Worldwide in July 2019 and since then has been instrumental in transforming the network’s approach to helping brands create and harness ideas that go beyond expectations; ideas that enable them to make the leap above their competitors and enjoy disproportionate growth.
As CEO of PHD Worldwide, Philippa oversees the running of the global network, consisting of close to 6,000 staff across 100 offices and plays an active role in global new business pitches.
Prior to being appointed CEO of PHD Worldwide, Philippa was CEO of Omnicom Media Group UK (OMG UK) for 12 years, growing the business to employ over 1,700 people, with billings of £1.5bn and servicing 250 clients. Additional companies Philippa worked at prior to joining Omnicom include IPC Media (Time Inc), Bartle Bogle Hegarty and DMB&B.
Philippa is Chair of the Advertising Association and a Trustee of the Breast Cancer Charity Future Dreams.
