PHD UAE’s work has been recognised in eight different categories at the MENA Cristal Awards.
Campaigns for SC Johnson, Mashreq Bank and Unilever have been shortlisted. Mashreq’s FIFA Card campaign has been shortlisted in the ‘Banking/credit establishment/insurance category’, while SC Johnson’s Raid Odorless promotion was recognized in the ‘Women’ category. The campaigns produced for Unilever’s Lifebuoy and Lipton brands received two shortlists each. Lifebuoy’s educational campaign on MERS coronavirus is shortlisted in the ‘Great causes/general interest’ and ‘Public awareness/charity’ category and Liptons Ramadan Tea Moments is shortlisted in the ‘Best use or integration of user-generated content’ and ‘Best use of social media’ category.
The PHD brokered sponsorship of the MBC hit TV program, Saraya Abdeen, also proved effective at creating share of voice for the FMCG’s Rexona, TRESemme and Fair & Lovely brands during the highly competitive Ramadan airwaves; the initiative has been shortlisted under the ‘Best use of digital category’. Lastly, Lux’s House of Lux campaign has been recognized under ‘Best use of events’.
The awards will be announced in Dubai on the 11th February 2015.
