PHD Worldwide & Code Worldwide win Adweek Project Isaac Award for Source

Award Wins News

PHD Worldwide and Code Worldwide have picked up the coveted Adweek Project Isaac Gold award in Media Planning Invention for Source – Game Changing Planning.

Code Worldwide built Source, PHD’s proprietary global operating system which is designed to encourage participation and collaboration across PHD’s global network of 3,000 employees throughout 70 markets by using gamification techniques.

“Via source we are able to get our entire network, working on client briefs in a gamified, competitive way that fosters the best thinking and ideas. We’re able to say to clients there aren’t the usual 8-12 people working on your business but over 2,500 people. That’s a very compelling proposition indeed” – Mike Cooper, CEO PHD Worldwide

The Adweek Project Isaac Awards Celebrate invention in media, advertising & marketing and technology.

As the media, marketing and technology sectors continue to transform at a rapid pace, genuine invention, rather than innovation, has become crucial to advancing brands and businesses past the inertia of traditional models and modes.
