“Customer Journey & Customer Experience” is the theme of this year’s Marketeer Conference. Held on 24 October at the Museu do Oriente in Lisbon, it aims to understand how brands are treating their consumers and what strategy is in place to respond to the current search for experiences – more than by services and products.
Opening the conference will be Rohan Tambyrajah, global group strategy director at PHD London, as keynote speaker.
