Marie has since 1992 held various roles within media publishers and media agencies.
Marie started her career working with commercial television within the pioneer channel TV3, with a role as Analyst and later Head of Research. At TV3 she had the opportunity to drive questions as development of the people-meter survey in which was very important to measure the reach of the commercial spots for commercial TV in Sweden.
She has also worked in similar roles for some of Sweden’s largest dailies, Dagens Nyheter, Göteborgs-Posten and Sydsvenskan. Later on she has worked as Account Director, Client Services Director and Market Lead (at MediaCom), to the current position as Head of Media Planning of PHD.
Marie has through her previous roles created a great understanding of the importance of media and customer insights and how to combine these information to develop client’s business.
Her experience in leading the Media Planner department has develop her skills in continuously challenging herself and her team to always find better ways in creating clients’ communications plans to achieve better communication and business results for them.
