Tempo Hong Kong has switched its media business in the local market from ZenithOptimedia back to PHD after one year, veering away from a global alignment partly due to the acquisition of the tissue brand’s parent company, SCA by Vinda.

The change follows the acquisition of SCA Group’s hygiene products in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau by Vinda Paper, a move that shareholders approved in September last year.
