PHD has announced the appointment of Carolina Solanilla as CEO of its LATAM offices. Carolina has more than 18 years of experience across marketing research, media planning, strategy and marketing execution. She has worked for agencies and advertisers, and in 2019, Carolina was named one of Colombia’s ‘Women to Watch’ by P&M and AdAge magazines.
Leaving the position of COO at Carat, Latin America, Carolina will report directly to Julian Porras, OMG Latin America CEO.
Commenting on her appointment, Philippa Brown, PHD Worldwide CEO, said: “The strength of our leadership has never been more important.
