Lilliam Zrim, Head of Research, PHD Australia
Lillian Zrim has joined PHD Australia in the newly-created role of head of research, with over 20 years of experience in the media industry.
Zrim will be responsible for leading PHD’s research division, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and working on custom research projects for clients, including understanding clients’ customers, brands, products and categories better, identifying opportunities for growth and evaluating business decisions.
In her new role, Zrim said she aims to: “serve as a trusted research partner for PHD’s clients, providing credible, innovative and creative solutions that help them achieve their strategic business objectives”.
Zrim’s appointment is effective immediately and she will report into Lucy Formosa-Morgan, managing director of PHD Australia.
Formosa-Morgan said of the appointment, “We are thrilled to have Lillian join the team. I have no doubt that her wealth of experience, impressive track record of producing innovative work, and her passion for research will deliver valuable insights for our clients and planning teams.”
