PHD Australia is celebrating after securing the top spot on Australia and New Zealand’s Best Places to Work list. The prestigious annual list, published by The Australian Financial Review and Boss Magazine, is based on a rigorous assessment process managed by Australia’s leading behavioural science consultancy, Inventium.
PHD ranked No. 1 on the Media & Marketing list from nearly 700 nominated organisations across Australia and New Zealand. The assessment was made up of a staff survey and a written submission, with questions relating to policies, practices and employee programmes. The methodology is underpinned by Inventium’s Workplaces of the Future framework, which identifies ten key factors critical to employees feeling motivated and engaged at work and is supported by extensive research.
Mark Jarrett, PHD Australia CEO, was thrilled the company had been recognised for its achievements. “This award is a reflection of everyone in the business and their collective commitment to developing the business, the culture and each other. We have really worked hard on developing a deeper intrinsic understanding of people’s need to grow and develop.”
