The shortlists have been revealed for the annual Mumbrella Asia Awards, with PHD China up for three awards, including Media Agency of the Year.
The agency’s work for Google and Volkswagen were also recognised. The ‘Eat the World with Google Translate’ campaign is shortlisted for Mumbrella’s Award for Insight, while the ‘Bye Bye Beetle’ campaign for Modern Sky for Volkswagen is nominated for the Engaging with Millennials Award.
The shortlist was narrowed down from nearly 150 entries, highlighting the region’s best work across 31 categories. Those shortlisted will go on to present their case live to a jury in October. The winners will be announced at the Mumbrella Asia Awards ceremony on 6 November at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre.
