PHD has been shortlisted for six World Media Awards, with four of those nominations dominating the Automotive category.

The selected campaigns are ‘Electric Earth’ for Audi; ‘An Extraordinary Journey to the Future’ for Bentley; ‘Porsche Taycan: The Electric Dialogue’ for Porsche Taycan; and ‘Volkswagen – For The Many, Not The Few – The ID.3’ for Volkswagen (all for PHD Global Business).

PHD’s other shortlisted campaigns fall in the Technology & Telecoms category for ‘Canon Rugby World Cup 2019’ for Canon (PHD International); and ‘Go For Growth’ for HP (PHD Global Business).

The World Media Awards provide a unique opportunity to celebrate the creativity and effectiveness of cross platform, cross border, content-driven advertising.  Organised by The World Media Group, with an independent Jury including international advertisers, agency experts, and content specialists, the Awards celebrate bold and innovative strategies for engaging with international, influential audiences.

Other categories are Brand & Media Owner Partnership, Corporate Influencer, Financial Services, Luxury, Lifestyle & Fashion, Media & Entertainment, and Travel &Tourism.

The winners will be announced at the World Media Awards reception hosted at the Ham Yard Hotel in London on Thursday 30 April 2020, along with the Grand Prix winner which will be selected by the Jury from the eight category winners.
