PHD is the media agency with the highest overall clients rating in Portugal, according to Scopen’s Agency Scope Survey 2019/2020. PHD has climbed four positions in the ranking since 2017.
This biennial survey analyses advertisers’ perception and image of media agencies; and among 29 attributes evaluated by clients, what stood out the most was strategy, creativity, innovation, investigation, the teams and the service they provide.
PHD secured two first places in the study, which interviewed 148 advertisers and 140 companies in Portugal. Sandra Alvarez, MD of PHD Portugal, is the most mentioned professional by marketers, and PHD’s team has the highest recognition in the market, with professionals like Marta Marques, Luís Cordeiro and Carla Ourelo receiving high plaudits.

The survey was held in 11 markets all over the world: Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, China, India and South Africa.
