Agency wins World Media Award for Automotive
PHD Germany has won the World Media Award for Automotive at the World Media Awards 2022. The team was awarded for ‘The New Polo Challenger Series: Conquering New Stadiums’, its work for Volkswagen Group.
PHD’s win added to group success for Omnicom Media Group with OMG Africa winning twice for Johnnie Walker, ‘The Ones Who… Keep Walking’. That campaign won in the ‘Luxury & Lifestyle’ category and the prestigious Grand Prix.
The World Media Awards showcase the best in international content-driven, cross-border advertising. This year, the Awards attracted interest from across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, with entries from Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK and the USA.
The finalists were chosen by an international team of 39 heavyweight jurors from leading advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
