Former research and marketing manager for OzTAM, Lillian Zrim, has joined media agency PHD in the role of head of research.

Zrim will be responsible for leading the Omnicom Media Group agency’s research division, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and working on custom research projects for clients.

“We are thrilled to have Lillian join the team. I have no doubt that her wealth of experience, impressive track record of producing innovative work, and her passion for research will deliver valuable insights for our clients and planning teams,” said managing director Lucy Formosa Morgan, to whom Zrim will report.

Formosa Morgan was jointly promoted to the MD role last month, after predecessor Mark Jarrett was appointed as chief executive to fill the vacancy left by Mark Coad, now CEO of IPG Mediabrands.

Zrim spent more than two years at OzTAM, after a short stint as Bohemia’s strategy manager. Before that, she held various roles at Nielsen.

“PHD has wide respect from clients and industry peers and an outstanding reputation for its people and culture, so of course, I’m excited to be joining the team,” she said.

“I’m looking forward to being part of PHD’s growth story and exercising my passion for research and our media industry.”
