PHD has been recognised as a winner of the 2020 HRD Innovative HR Teams, an accolade shining a spotlight on organisations leading the way in HR innovation.
“By recognising those who are pushing the boundaries and thinking bigger, the awards help set new benchmarks for the Australian HR industry. Whether it be in recruitment, culture, data, benefits, health & wellbeing, engagement or diversity, we can all learn from their innovative thinking,” said Andrew Daly, sponsor of the award.
Awarded alongside 30 blue-chip companies including Uber, Vodafone and MYOB, PHD was selected as result of its teams’ efforts in 2019 to address the stigma associated with mental health within the organisation and beyond.
“In 2018 and 2019, PHD was recognised as one of the Most Innovative Companies in Australia by the AFR, and this latest accolade reflects our leadership in innovating within the people and HR space as well. The work our team does to support the mental health of our employees and to positively impact our wider industry is incredibly important,” commented Mark Jarrett, CEO of PHD Australia.
