On the evening of January 30, Forbes Middle East hosted a gathering of CEOs, industry heads and decision makers at the Shangri La Hotel in Dubai to explore how digitization is impacting businesses.
The event explored the effects of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation on regional businesses during panel discussions with leaders across varying industries from healthcare, aviation, technology, media to real estate and construction.

To conclude an interesting panel discussion and Q&A session with multiple curious injections from the audience Luca stated, ‘talent is the key starting point of your transformation strategy. Transformation must be implemented from the top down and be amplified by your HR. Everyone within your organization must align with your business vision and help co-create a culture which can drive your ambitions.’
