On the evening of January 30, Forbes Middle East hosted a gathering of CEOs, industry heads and decision makers at the Shangri La Hotel in Dubai to explore how digitization is impacting businesses.
The event explored the effects of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation on regional businesses during panel discussions with leaders across varying industries from healthcare, aviation, technology, media to real estate and construction.
PHD UAE’s Managing director, Luca Allam was invited to speak on their Digital Transformation panel, where he delved into the ways in which PHD has transformed in the age of digitalization to stay ahead and to continue our ethos of finding a better way in an ever-changing world. Finding a better way sums up how we approach-everything – from a new client brief to the way we work and this certainly doesn’t stop at how we service our clients who look to us to help them transform their own businesses.
To conclude an interesting panel discussion and Q&A session with multiple curious injections from the audience Luca stated, ‘talent is the key starting point of your transformation strategy. Transformation must be implemented from the top down and be amplified by your HR. Everyone within your organization must align with your business vision and help co-create a culture which can drive your ambitions.’
