PHD UAE held the latest edition of Food For Thought on May 21st in Dubai with Nicole Samuels as the keynote speaker.
Nicole is a certified trainer of the design thinker program and a master communicator with a background in marketing communications. The hour-long interactive workshop showcased how practices from the design and innovation industry are in fact learnable and applicable to our organizations. The session also advocated for why we, as marketing professionals, need to change our mindsets in order to create true innovation at its best. Nicole’s talk encouraged people to “rock the boat” and take risks. The three main courses of action to implement design thinking are: taking a human-centered approach; experimenting early and often; and implementing faster and effectively.
