Our Engagement and Wellbeing partner Emma Flaxman and our head of insight Louise Twycross-Lewis were both named winners in the 40 Over 40 list by Campaign, which was released on June 8.
The 40 Over 40 list celebrates outstanding individuals aged 40 and over and their incredible contributions to the media and advertising industries.
Emma, who has been at PHD since 2011, made the list for bringing wellbeing to the forefront of the agency and the industry by creating PHD’s first DE&I Group. She has continued to push mental health awareness into more DEI areas across all the agencies within the parent group, OMG, to create a better working environment for all.

Louise, who joined PHD in 2020, has made a significant impact on the agency’s insight offering and has been integral to workplace diversity, giving her a special place on the list. From redefining the role of insights in media planning to being a multicultural role model and empowering ethnic minorities in the agency, Louise has contributed to the agency and industry in a meaningful way.
