PHD and TBWA were awarded a Gold at the recent Belgium Effie Awards for their Telenet campaign ‘Bringing the good flow back to your house(hold)’.
The challenge was to increase the value-for-money perception of existing customers in a hyper-competitive market context. PHD and TBWA propositioned Telenet as having the smartest WiFi system ever, bringing excellent WiFi every corner of each Telenet household in a simple and fast way.
The result was giving nearly 365,000 families smoother Telenet experiences, as well as a long-term NPS increase of 9 points and a 28% reduction in churn.
PHD and TBWA also received an Excellence in Media for the case study. Each piece of work submitted to the Effies is judged on four criteria: insights & strategy, creative translation, touchpoint strategy and results. Those who receive more than 75% in the touchpoint strategy area go on to receive the additional accolade.
Christine Brone, Managing Director, PHD Belgium also served as a member of the jury, giving PHD an overall strong presence at the Belgium Effies this year.
