PHD Indonesia to provide digital makeover for Paragon’s cosmetic brands

PHD will manage the digital planning and buying duties for Paragon Technology & Innovation’s Emina and Make Over lines with immediate effect (from 1 April 2020).

Paragon awarded the new business to PHD Indonesia after a competitive five-way pitch, citing the agency’s digital capabilities and media creativity as key drivers of their appointment.
