PHD India has picked up Silver in Warc’s Prize for Innovation 2016 Awards for Hindustan Unilever’s Rin campaign ‘Rin Career Ready Academy’.
The Hindustan Unilever campaign was created to help awareness of women in India, as they have always been regarded as the lesser of the two sexes. Rural women have had it worse as when it comes to education, poor parents always want the male child to do well career wise.
Rin decided to change all this and wanted rural women to be more career oriented. As a first step, Rin, decided to start from the very basic steps for a successful career which would help women from humble upbringings to confidently shine in a corporate career. They decided to start a revolutionary RIN CARER REAEDY ACADEMY as a finishing school to develop English speaking and etiquette training not only on ground, but also through a mobile phone IVR application, which has a reach of over 90% in India.
