Three giants create an innovative talent program to reflect the complex communication industry.


Omnicom Media Group, Nord DDB and Schibsted are calling young professionals from all over the country to apply for the most holistic 10 months talent program.

The communication industry needs to form new professionals who understands the business from the media, creative and publisher perspective and the best way to learn from each group is to work for them.  These three groups have the same goal, to promote brands and increase their clients’ business and merging their forces, will amplify the results. This can be achieved by allowing young professionals to spend six months at each company and letting them learn from all perspective.

“We needed to accelerate this process and help forming the professionals of the future, the ones who will shape our industry in 5 years time.” Says Ali Tajbakhsh, CEO of OMG Sweden group.

The application period for the 18 months program will start on March 26th and will last until April 9th. Candidates will undergo a selection process with all three companies. By May 15th the selected professionals will be announced.

“Our ambition is to attract the best minds in the country, their background is not so important, but one thing they must have, passion for the communication industry.  We are all excited about this.“  says Maja Siösteen”, Operating Office at Nord DDB

The idea took shape when Ali and Joakim Flodin, Sales director at Schibsted were discussing the difficulty to find good talents that had the competence to understand the full scope of our industry challenges. Those coming from media could not see the other two big pillars of developing communication at its best. Anders, had the same view but from the opposite seat. They agreed that something had to be done. Ali called Maja and the program was born.
