Former managing director of Annalect, Jussi Piri takes the helm of ToinenPHD Finland as managing director, whilst Heidi Husso is named as chief operating officer.
Jussi Piri has been appointed managing director of ToinenPHD Finland, effective 1 February 2018. For the last two years, Piri has headed up Annalect, a data-analytics and knowledge-based marketing specialist, for Omnicom Media Group.
Piri has over 15 years’ experience in executive marketing and business development positions and is an avid advocate of data driven marketing practices combined with continuous, boundary pushing innovation.
Heidi Husso, operational director of ToinenPHD, has been appointed chief operating officer. Her areas of responsibility are the development of business and design models.
Husso is one of the most prestigious professionals in the marketing sector in Finland. Prior to joining PHD, she worked at a Helsinki-based advertising, service design and branding agency called N2 as a strategist specialising in insights, communication strategy and digital marketing. Heidi led the charge for N2`s digital business development, as well as the strategic marketing solutions for clients.
Piri explains the pace of change in media agencies and marketing has accelerated in recent years.

The acquisition of traditional media has become a charitable activity, which is certainly important to some customers. Even years ago the smartest media agencies began to invest in data analysis and customer understanding.”
