The IPA CPD Gold scheme recognises and rewards agencies who demonstrate a genuine culture of learning, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result.
PHD was one of only 36 agencies to gain the Gold accreditation across 2020.
On PHD’s submission, the IPA said “A strong commercial submission with an emphasis on closely linking CPD initiatives to business objectives. A good deal of effort was made to provide the entire team with focused learning opportunities in an extremely challenging year.”
