Continuing with their stellar year, PHD Australia took home the coveted Media Agency of the Year title at the recent Mumbrella Awards, Australia’s biggest and most respected media and marketing awards. The win follows an impressive streak of accolades and successes for PHD Australia, including an M&M Global Award, a Gold and a Bronze at the Festival of Media Global Awards, the title of AdNews Media Trading Team of the Year and the top spot on the Australian media agency new business league for H1.
The Mumbrella Awards celebrate the best, bravest and brightest work across the industry. This year’s awards show was held as a free-to-view virtual ceremony.
The Mumbrella judges commented on PHD’s big win: “While all the agencies put their best foot forward in this category, PHD came out on top because it was consistently strong across all measurements. PHD’s phenomenal growth and its display of leadership gave it the edge and rightful recognition as Media Agency of the Year.”
Along with being no stranger to wins, PHD Australia is in particular no stranger to Mumbrella accolades. Earlier this year, PHD Sydney won Best Social Media or Digitally-led Campaign at the 2020 Mumbrella CommsCon Awards for their work with Streets Ice Cream. PHD Australia’s Chloe Hooper was also named Mumbrella NeXt Marketer of the Year for 2019.
